Design Concept/Rationale: To fade into the background so the focus is based on the community rather than the tower itself. As a result, it highlights how South Korea is becoming more prominent within the world without being noticed.
Target Audience: “Tower Infinity will mainly be used for entertainment and leisure, and will include a water park, movie theatres and restaurants. Incidentally, its observation deck will also be the third highest in the world.” Thus, it shows that it’s directed towards tourists.
