This is a lantern lighting design based of the design of a Torii, which is a traditional Japanese gate entrance usually found within a Shinto Shrine. The design features a great combination of clean lines, Asian edge and a modern touch.
This design will be made with a CNC mill as well as wood joinery being it will be made of wood. It will be painted red with some black on some edges to resemble the Torii it was based from.
